Advisory only, not a fund
Every engagement is advisory, paid for by the client, and conducted in the client's interest alone.
Conflict-free counsel
Calturas takes no fees from brokers, lenders, or sponsors. The recommendation belongs to no one but the client, because no one else is paying for it.
Scoping calls are complimentary
The first conversation carries no cost or obligation. If the engagement is not a fit, we will say so on the call and, where possible, refer you to a firm better suited to the work.
Confidentiality
Any information shared with the firm, deal terms, sponsor materials, financial detail, remains confidential. A non-disclosure agreement is executed before deal-level information is exchanged.
